Muay Thai training Thailand - Develops Personality
Posted November 1st, 2011 byCategories: Recreation And Sports
I was enrolled at a muay thai training Thailand to study the art of muay thai, even though I am a foreigner here, locals are treating me as one of them. There are no special treatments during training. What I am thankful for this studio is that they helped me develop self-confidence, body and mental strength and the ability to deal with other people’s personality.
Now, I am enrolled in a muay thai camps in Thailand to continue to study the art of muay thai, fight training, fitness training, Yoga, personal training, detox programs, diet and nutrition information to help me lose weight more. What is good about this gym is that they have resident muay thai fighter trainers. At this camp also, they have what they call fight scholars, these are local kids that are being helped to stay out of trouble and train them to be better athletes. They are trained 6 hours a day, six days a week to be prepared for surprise bouts. By the age of 18, these kids will have over 100 fights. Some of them became champions.
