If you think about it, you’ll notice that the first mistake a beginner makes in golf is the swing. Who can blame them? Everyone thinks that hitting a small ball with a stick is just a piece of cake. The only problem is that, golf is not an “easy walk on the park” routine. There are proper ways to learn golf, and some of them if not done right might lead to frustration. I learned golf through my dad. He always take me with him during his golf club activities and I became the “regular un-registered” member of the club.
He would teach me how to properly swing at the ball and I was able to learn to putt the ball near the hole. I am happy that I learn something new every time I visit the golf course with my dad. My game play improved quite a bit and I was often challenged by members of the club. I know that sometimes they go easy on me; it can’t be helped because I’m still in the learning process. It’s a good thing that I have a lot of people to ask for advice whenever I need it. Soon I was officially accepted by the club and I always went to our practice sessions. The events were really good and we all have a great time. Being a member of the club was worth the wait.
