I hope that when I get back the three different car insurance companies quotes that I requested, they are a lot lower than my current rates. I have been paying way too much for about six months, and did not know it until my accountant told me that he noticed my numbers and they seemed to be a little higher than normal.

I asked my insurance agent and she told me that their rates are very comparable to most of their competitors. I really do not believe her, since she is a new agent. If she was a little more established then I would think that she probably knows what she is talking about.

Since I know of four other coworkers of mine that go to her, I really hope for her sake that she is telling me the truth and the other car insurance companies charge the same as she does. If not, then I will be telling everyone else how much lower they can get their car insurance from her competitors.

This is a good reason why people should always shop around when they need car insurance. I just went to the one that advertised in my local paper. I should have gotten online and requested a few more quotes and I might have been able to save some money the last few years.
