I am having window cleaning done for our house with all of the other fixes we are getting done next week. We are really trying to spiff it up and get the most money we can out of the sale we are trying to finalize. The family that wants to buy it is very nice but they do not seem like that they want to offer so much. We only set our hopes for a little more than they offered but we would really like to get to that amount so we think that a window washing and maybe a roof cleaning can boost the appeal. I really didn’t want to get any painting done but the garage and shed look very old and I might have to get a new coat of that weird yellow color that they have on each. I did not think that we could get so much as my wife wanted for the house but now that I see we are so close to the amount I wish we could get it. The family has two kids but I think that the father has a nice, stable job and I think they could afford a nice investment. I am going to have the window washing done, and also I’m going to be very nice to the family the next time we see them. I might even go out and buy the kids candy or something like that as a nice gift besides the window cleaning to get them to accept the offer.
