I was looking at all the jobs that are out there right now, that are related to the internet. I am going to be graduating this year, from high school and have not decided what I want to go to college for. I have taken a few computer classes but nothing that would make me an expert or anything.

My parents and my counselor have both told me that it would be smart to major in something that is computer related. I was thinking that maybe becoming one of those web designers might be cool. I started searching online to see if there was a need for them or not. I was shocked at the amount of web design jobs that were posted online. I figured that this must be the way to go.

I am hoping to finish in the top ten percent of my class and then I hope to get into a great technical school to major in web design. I read somewhere that web designers make pretty good money also.

I am really hoping that some of the web design jobs are still out there, when I graduate from college in about five years. If they are, then that means that my parents and my counselor knew what they were talking about, that is not supposed to happen.
